Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources International with a dotted line to the VP of Worldwide Compensation and Benefits, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing appropriate country compensation policy and practice. This will support business objectives and the production and analysis of key HR metrics to enable effective management of the business' human capital. Primarily based out of Head Office in Uxbridge and with the flexibility to relocate to Germany next year you will design, develop and deliver training programmes related to Company pay philosophy to all HR staff and line managers. The production of regular standard reports to include sales effectiveness, employee turnover and compliance reports will be key as will the production of ad hoc HR reports in support of specific business and HR requirements, such as re-organisation plans and special projects.
Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre and CIPD qualified, Armstrong World Industries Ltd. are looking for a compensation professional looking for their next challenge. Ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment you will be accustomed to working with a senior, professional client base and have among other things strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to speak German an added bonus. A strong systems knowledge is essential as is a proficient understanding of all aspects of Microsoft Office. This is a highly visible role within an international manufacturing business that requires a capable and motivated individual to drive forward compensation and HR Reporting strategy.
