This is a unique opportunity for a benefits & compensation specialist to further develop their career in a growing, multinational hospitality business. This is a new role within the team with a key focus on reviewing existing benefits packagesthrough todeveloping and implementing new initiatives, ensuring that my client continues to offer an excellent package to all employees. As a new member to the team, you will encourage new ways of working and challenge the status quo. Whether you are an analyst or assistant looking to take the next step or a Benefits & Compensation Officer looking to work for a larger organisation, we'd love to hear from you. This role will be London based with the opportunity to get involved in international project work.

Who we're looking for
You will be a self starter with the ability to generate new and innovativeideas. Your CV will demonstrate experience of managing Company pension schemes and job evaluation or benchmarking exercises. You will also have experience of rolling out internal communications and have experience within a multi-site customer focused environment. CIPD qualification would be preferred.
