A rare opportunity has arisen to join this global consumer focussed business, working on product innovation across a number of popular household brands. Working closely with the technical Research and Development team you will develop new and innovative ideas, successfully launching products to market to help deliver growth. Your role will include:
• The management of the product lifecycle, anticipating new trends and identifying new and attractive product categories through relevant market research, ensuring consumer needs are being met through product development.
• Gaining thorough Consumer insight, through Market Research and customer focus groups
• The management of external agencies for market research and product development
• Defining the launch strategies for new products

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with clear and demonstrable product marketing and product management experience. You will have experience of gaining and developing consumer category insight and converting it into New Product Development. Crucial to this role will be your ability to project manage and ability to thrive on creating and delivering new product initiatives.

Life on the Isle of Man
The role will involve some travel between the Strix offices worldwide, and ideally be based on the Isle of Man.
