Our client is looking for a structured finance lawyer to join its team. The role will involve working as part of a team, and in some cases, leading teams on a variety of structured finance and securitisation transactions. There will be scope for the successful applicant to define and to develop the role and the role will be client facing.

Who we're looking for
• Experience of structured finance and securitisation (public and private)
• Derivatives experience is an additional benefit.
• Demonstrable ability to deliver, be proactive and execute deals.
• An appetite, and the skills, for business development.
• Positive, "can-do" attitude, and the ability to gain the confidence and trust of clients and colleagues.
• The ability to contribute to the general upkeep of the group (whether that be to training, precedents, or know-how
generally).
• Good sense of humour and ability to fit into a team based environment.
• Strong commercial awareness
• The necessary drive and commitment to succeed in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
