An excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to develop his/her skills in the cutting-edge industry of life sciences technology. You will focus your practice on life sciences companies, from start-up through development stages. You will have responsibility for drafting licensing agreements, working on M&As, corporate restructurings, strategic investments and private placements.
