Our clientseeks anotherlawyer to join its rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate will join the integrated Brussels/London EU/Competition and public affairs team to carry out all aspects of EU and domestic competition law across a broad range of industry sectors.

Who we're looking for
The team in London is well known for both regulatory work and also more traditional transactional/corporate support work. The lawyers in our team are encouraged to practise in both fields but with a particular emphasis on regulatory matters. In addition to such work the successful candidate can expect exposure in the following areas:-

• preparation of anti-trust compliance programs and audits
• Corporate Support
• the drafting of commercial agreements, JVs
• Merger clearances and co-ordination of the filing of clearance applications
• filing of complaints before the EU; various contentious matters before the ECJ and the Court of First Instance
• OFT and Commission investigations and audits
