The team has created a self contained unit specialising in tax related investigations work and tax litigation acting in the main for corporates under investigation.

Who we're looking for
Our client seeks a further individual to join the expanding team ideally with relevant experience from another law firm or quite possibly from the investigations division of an accountancy practice specialised in this area. In addition a barrister with some exposure to tax work provided they can demonstrate a commercial approach may also be considered as would a transactional tax lawyer from private practice willing to use their tax expertise to make the transition to being a regulatory lawyer.

About our client
Our client's Corporate Defence team undertakes the full remit of fraud and regulatory work acting on behalf of corporate clients in respect of investigations/prosecutions from, for example, the DTI, Serious Fraud Office and Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise in particular.
