Our client has two new vacancies for Restructuring/Corporate Recovery Lawyers to join the team. The team provide advice on the full range of corporate recovery and restructuring assignments to banks, factors, invoice-discounters and financial institutions. They also work with under-performing business, UK insolvency practitioners, turnaround professionals, pension trustees and the Pension Protection fund.
They have recently acted on a number of high profile cases. They also have experience of some of the large cross-border insolvency of recent years.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have non-contentious experience primarily in relation to restructuring work for banks as well as some contentious and non-contentious / advisory experience for officeholders in formal insolvency proceedings.

You will have been awarded the highest grades at A-Level (or overseas equivalent) and a minimum 2:1 degree result (or overseas equivalent) at a well regarded university. You will have trained at a top city firm or respected regional firm that is well known in this field.

They are looking for high flyers looking for a fresh challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate their strong commercial orientation within a team of three partners, five other experienced lawyers and two trainees.

In all cases you should have a first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach and excellent drafting skills
