The successful Finance Manager will be responsible for the running of the Finance, HR and IT functions; as well as being responsible for 4 direct reports at a managerial and personnel level. Reporting to the Managing Director the role will be involved at a senior level with regards to business strategy. The role will include the development of Management Reporting standards and Business Intelligence in to the business. There will be a focus on cash flow management and budgetary cost control; in addition you will be responsible for the monthly reporting, ensuring that internal and external deadlines are met. The role will also interact closely with the Operations and Sales functions in order to provide sound financial input for key decisions through the business. .

The successful Finance Manager who will be based in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire will have the following skills and attributes but not exclusive to:
• Part Qualified or recently Qualified Accountant
• Financial Accounting experience<BR>• Manufacturing experience<BR>• Excellent communicator
• Strong IT
• Desire to be in a role where you can impact on the business
