The role includes but is not limited to: investment, funding and development work for a mixture of property companies, institutions, public sector bodies and off-shore entities . You would also deal with some occupier work, however the majority of the clients are landlords/developers landlord and tenant/management work arising out of the property portfolios of these parties, one off projects arising from time to timefor examplegolf course developments, tax mitigation structures for more standard transactions.
