Our London based client is looking for a range of NQ Real Estate solicitors particularly in Real Estate Finance, Investors and Developers. The work will cover a broad range of classic real estate work such as sales, purchases, landlord and tenant and complex asset management.

There will also be some good quality development work particularly in the public sector. With almost 400 real estate lawyers they are not only able to manage the most complex of transactions but also the most demanding in terms of time pressure and resources. Their success is founded on their ability to add value to their clients' business by combining their culture of innovation and flexible, commercial thinking with unrivalled breadth of experience and excellence in service delivery. By using their knowledge of the real estate market they maximise the benefits of their service to their clients.
You will be joining a well established and secure department made up of 21 partners and 58 fee-earners.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have:
An excellent academic record consisting of As/Bs at A Level, 2.1 from University, good marks in LPC/GDL
Trained at a top city firm/strong regional firm with reputation in the Real Estate field.
Good commercial acumen and client facing sills
Newly qualified candidates will have spent at least one seat in Commercial Property
