An excellent opportunity has arisen for a NQ Tax Lawyer at this leading city practice. This celebrated practice have a highly experienced team of eight partners and around 30 other specialist lawyers who deal with tax aspects of all commercial and financial transactions. You will be involved in giving strategic tax advice and providing constructive and innovative solutions to all tax problems; developing tax-efficient structures for corporate and project finance transactions and new capital market instruments and products; working closely with tax advisers in other jurisdictions to enable clients to meet their objectives in the most positive and tax-efficient way and providing a general tax advisory and stand-alone consultancy service. The Tax group has particular expertise in the following areas:
mergers and acquisitions
flotations and privatisations
demutualisations
company reorganisations
private equity
investment funds
investigations and disputes
banking and capital markets
structured finance
asset finance and leasing
securitisations
transfer pricing
Members of our Tax group are involved both in structuring transactions and in advising on the documentation to implement transactions.
Who we're looking for
You will have excellent academics and have done a seat who had relevant experience in Tax from a city firm or a strong regional practice.
