NQ Commercial Property Finance Lawyer to jointhis leading nationalfirm. You can expect exposure to extremely high profile clients in addition to a high quality and broad variety of work. The size of the firm offers candidates a reasonable work life balance and attainable targets whilst maintaining a very high level of work.
Who we're looking for
You will have been awarded top level grades at A-Level (or overseas equivalent) and a minimum 2:1 degree result (or overseas equivalent) at a well regarded university. You will have trained at a top city firm or respected regional firm that is well known in the property or finance field.
Flexibility of thought and a commitment to help grow the property practice, together with an interest in the industry and ambition to progress is key. Full training will be provided as required to enable you to acquire the necessary range of skills. Beyond this you should possess the following personal attributes:
- excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- attention to detail;
- team spirit.
In all cases you should have a first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach and enthusiasm to learn.
