Opportunity to join growing commercial services department. The department's expertise covers all areas of commercial advice required from advising new businesses on the formation of companies or partnerships, the raising of finance and employment matters, to advising established and often substantial businesses on more complex matters such as EC and competition law and finance raising. The commercial department has a particular affinity with the hotels, leisure and fishing industries and apart from pure commercial matters, is also used to handling commercial property and commercial litigation matters of all sizes.
Who we're looking for
Solicitor who has expertise in commercial and/or company law.
