Company Commercial solicitor required at leading Exeter law firm.

Who we're looking for
You will have a background of working in a major law firm with a significant company commercial department. You will be an individual who is client friendly and proactive. A good working knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements and relevant knowledge in general corporate and commercial matters is essential, along with good drafting skills. A willingness to get involved in business development activities will be required.

With 28 partners, over 140 fee-earners they offer substantial practical knowledge in all our practice areas. Many of our lawyers have trained in, or worked with, some of the top City firms.
