The successful applicant will join the Business Group comprising 88 fee earners. Within that Group there are 6 teams covering Company Commercial, Litigation, Media, Insolvency, Employment and Property transactions. The successful applicant will primarily work with partners in the Company Commercial team.

Who we're looking for
A Solicitor who is client friendly, proactive and hard working. You should have a good working knowledge of:-

Corporate and Business Tax Planning
Tax advice on M & A and Corporate Restructurings
Employee share schemes

The following would be useful:-
Broader tax knowledge, e.g. property tax
