A current major initiative is to relocate a number of key finance roles to India to build upon the established finance function that already operates globally from the country. This is part of our clients stated aim to increase its presence in India to approximately 3000 roles.
The bank has a number of senior level positions available within its financial function. Our client is seeking ambitious, senior and mid level accountants with a proven track record in the financial services industry. You will be working alongside an established finance team in India and will have the opportunity to become a leading and globally recognised expert, in fixed income and equity derivatives. These will be challenging and technically demanding roles which will provide a strong platform to develop a long term career within the organisation. Who we're looking for
These roles require strong qualified accountants (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience of financial control in the financial services industry. We are particularly interested in those individuals with investment banking experience which would preferably include exposure to equities and fixed income products and derivatives.
• Experience in US and/or Indian GAAP, IFRS and other financial reporting standards would also be desirable.
• Ability to meet strict reporting deadlines is essential.
