The continuing development of the team's caseload has created a need for an additional Assistant Solicitor. The client base includes residential developers, Government Departments and private individuals. The work mix includes Section 106 Agreements, Planning Applications, Certificates of Lawfulness, general Planning and Public Law including Judicial Reviews and Planning Appeals. You should have a Commercial Property and/or Local Government background with a keen interest, knowledge or understanding of Planning and Environmental Law.

Who we're looking for
Solicitors with knowledge of planning and environment law. Applications are welcomed from planning and local government lawyers at all levels.
