Country Manager

Soil Stabilization

Reporting directly to the Senior Management you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of our client's soil stabilization product range within the UK. The role will encompass securing specification on a range of infrastructure related projects personally and through a team of 4 sales staff.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Maximising Sales and profitability in the UK
• Managing Key relationships with major contractors on a range of infrastructure related projects
• Being an 'on site' presence for both sales staff and UK based clients
• Being the strategic decision maker compassing the future development of the UK business and tactical client development
• Marketing the company brand effectively and consistently
• Engaging in competitor analysis
• Personal responsibility for recruitment and retention of sales staff within the UK team

Who we're looking for
Key requirements:
• Experience of product sales within a infrastructure related environment
• A background in Civil Engineering either through a minimum of a HND in Civil Engineering or qualified through experience of civil engineering projects
• You will have come from a project driven and infrastructure related commercial background
• You must have demonstrated success in managing a team of external sales staff
• You will a good understanding of marketing concepts and applied them within a similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to board level
• You must have had exposure to operating within the UK market
