Based from home you will be responsible for managing a territorial area in which you will develop new project business
•Projects could include load support, slope and channel protection, reservoir and earth retention application
•Be pro-active in order to gain self-generated meetings.
•Conduct presentations and seminars
•Use sales skills, commercial awareness and technical knowledge to gain robust specifications for the product range.
•Project manage the specification through various contract types through liaison with all relevant parties to secure the order.
•Demonstrate a high level of sales competencies at all times.
•Conduct professional account management with key customers to extend the usage of the product range.
•Maintain a timely and professional flow of information to enhance relationships with contractors and other customer groups.
Who we're looking for
•Demonstrable Sales experience within a field based capacity
• Experience of a bid and tender scenario within a construction related arena
• Minimum of a HND in Civil Engineering or qualified by experience of having dealt with a number of civil engineering related projects within a commercial/sales capacity
• Experience of having sold onto infrastructure related projects within the UK
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the highest level
• Good knowledge of the UK infrastructure/construction market
