Customer Development Manager

A great career opportunity to develop your skills in Category and Trade Marketing in a role that will position you as the expert on your brand area. Your responsibilities will be focussed on a small portfolio of products across a wide area of disciplines. You will champion your brand by identifying key growth strategies and delivering them at the point of purchase.

This involves working across all trade channels and with all levels of the organisation. You will also be responsible for maximising the return on investment for your budget. In addition you will be responsible for the coaching and development of a Customer Development Executive.

Ferrero U.K. are looking for talented commercial professionals keen to make a big impact working in a culture that develops your skills and allows you to make a difference every day.

Our ideal team player will have a proven track record in either Category Development or Customer Marketing. Preferably you'll have had exposure to Promotions & Pricing Strategies, Point of Sale development & executions, Shopper Behaviour and Trade Communications. You should be able to provide credible insight into these disciplines and recommend how best to track, report and improve them.
