Finance Director

FS Accounting

Responsibilities will include:
• Managing the Finance and IT team of 14.
• Providing input to the strategic direction and operation of the Company.
• Leading all financial accounting and operational activities for the local legal entities.
• Working in partnership with the business units to provide accurate analysis and forecasting.
• Overseeing the implementation of systems installation and upgrades.
• Developing relationships both internally and externally.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate and local policies.

Who we're looking for
You will be:
• A qualified finance professional with strong technical proficiency and a track record of delivering success.
• Commercially minded with strong business acumen and multi-team organisational development experience.
• Intelligent, analytical, problem solver with the ability to deliver to tight timelines. A big picture thinker who can also execute the detail as required.
• A confident, well organised individual flexible enough to work in a matrix structure. Hyperion and advanced Excel desirable.
• Ideally, experienced in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology fields.
