As an AAT Assessor in the Hull office your role will comprise:
• Carrying out effective initial assessment with all potential learners;
• Conducting the sign-up meeting;
• Inducting the learner into the Modern Apprenticeship or NVQ training programmes and into the firm;
• Reviewing your learners' progress at 12 weekly intervals;
• Providing guidance and tuition on portfolio building for your funded and fee paying learners;
• Assessing your learners' Work Based Evidence and portfolio work using Work Based Observations;
• Carrying out Exit Reviews;
• Ensuring learners' outcomes are achieved on time;
• Preparing Course Reports for your learners' twice yearly;
• Dealing with learner / employer queries efficiently and professionally.
Who we're looking for
You will be a confident AAT qualified person who is looking to further develop their training within a friendly and forward thinking team. You must be an excellent communicator.
