As an Area Coach, you will be fully accountable for running a high profile patch. This will involve people development and training, budgeting and recruitment. The view is that this role will groom you for the next steps.
Who we're looking for
To be an Area Coach, you must beat the area management level in a branded retail or hospitality industry to be considered. You will be degree educated and have exceptional written and spoken English skills. You will be able to demonstrate a track record in:
Managing multiple branded retail outlets
Retail Profit and Loss analysis
Recruitment and training of retail operators such as store managers
A track record of retail management in the UK retail industry
