Leading Practice are looking to recruit a Tax Manager to continue the growth of the Employee Consulting Group in Bristol.
The employer consulting team focuses on all aspect of employer/employee tax issues. All their work comprises advisory one-off project work for clients and targets of the firm.
The role will consist of a wide range of responsibilities in addition to developing the business from existing and new clients of the firm. The individual needs to be willing to work across all aspects of employer consulting work including dealing with;
• Share incentives for employees
• PAYE/NIC advice on expenses & benefits
• HMRC audits & investigations
• Advice on company cars and private fuel
• Expatriate employees on assignment
Who we're looking for
The role would suit someone who has specialised in Employer Consulting work
• CTA or equivalent
• 3-5 years specific ECG experience
• Track record of developing work from existing clients
