As Senior Fund Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of Funds, providing a first class service to clients and ensuring that the Funds are administered in accordance with the law and the high standards set by the business.
Responsibilities will include
• Finalising subscription letters
• Preparing for first and subsequent closings
• Sending out call notices
• Investment acquisition transactions
• Distribution and equalisation calculations
• Preparing Board packs
• Preparing authorising resolutions
• Entering into financial facility arrangements
• Dealing with investor relations issues
• Corporate Governance
• KYC and investor due diligence
• Dealing with accounting issues and auditor liaison
• Updating the register and dealing with regulatory finance
These roles are available for an immediate start and are six month assignments in Jersey with the possibility of permanent contracts in The Channel Islands, Hong Kong or Grand Cayman thereafter.

Who we're looking for
Relevant candidates will be ICSA or STEP qualified with experience of Fund Administration or, alternatively, will be qualified accountants with exceptional accounting and administrative skills gained within financial or fiduciary services who are keen to work in the offshore finance industry.
You will need to be in possession of a valid EU Passport or have a valid Ancestry visa to apply for these roles.
