The European Marketing Manager will take full responsibility for creating, implementing and proactively managing strategic developments meeting all business requirements through strategic, marketing, product, brand and communication plans. An autonomous and business critical role working closely with the main board and reporting directly to the Group Commercial Director. Primary regional focus is UK, Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, Scandinavia and Spain, in addition to developing longer term strategies for Eastern and Central Europe, Greece and the Balkans.
Who we're looking for
- A strong background in European Marketing preferably with experience in the automotive or technology B2B industry
- An excellent communicator with experience influencing at all levels across function.
- Experience of building & delivering long term strategic marketing & sales plans
- Proven ability of developing marketing teams
- Ability to build key internal and external relationships
- A 2nd European language is desirable and the key business language used will be English
- Leadership and development of accomplished marketing organisations with a keen understanding of marketing strategy
- Successful collaboration with marketing teams, agencies and other internal and external constituents resulting in profitable and influential marketing campaigns
- MBA and a good undergraduate degree
- Proven success with relevant marketing experience⁢BR>- Innovative and creative, you will be proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
- Proven track record in delivering value and contributing to success with profits easily identified
