We are looking to appoint an Assistant Manager for the Selfridges operation. This new role has been created by the continued expansion of this luxury business. This boutique, within what is one of the Capital's premier luxury shopping environments, presents a rare opportunity to be part of this iconic brand.
As a Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador within this prestigious environment and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation with profit and loss accountability.
You will be driving sales and achieving targets through a focused approach, staff development and exceptional customer service. You will also be required to establish strong internal relationships.
Who we're looking for
As a hands on operator, you will have an understanding of the luxury market though not necessarily have worked in it. With a store management background, you must be a strong people manager, and ideally have department store experience. With the ability to lead by example, your responsibilities will include managing, coaching and developing a team, client relationship management and driving the operation to ongoing success.
