In this challenging and exciting role you will provide legal Support to Sky's marketing and communications teams covering all areas of Sky's Pay TV, Broadband and telephony businesses. Within a specialist team of 10 Lawyers and you will work closely with Sky's most creative people advising on marketing and consumer law, IP issues and commercial agreements. Daily responsibilities will include:
• Advising the marketing teams on product propositions from initial conception to launch.
• Liaising with regulatory bodies including Advertising Standards Authority relating to Sky and its competitors advertising.
• Drafting and Negotiating commercial agreements including sponsorship and creative agency contracts.
• Advertising copy clearance (broadcast and non broadcast and liaising with the broadcast clearance centres.

Who we're looking for
This is an ideal role for a recently qualified lawyer who is hungry to build there career at the leading edge of digital media. You must have very strong academics and solid training from a well regarded firm. You should have strong commercial drafting experiences and excellent communications skills. Although IP exposure is preferable, good commercial or corporate candidates that can demonstrate real drive and passion for the role will be considered. In house experience would be an advantage but crucially you must have the ability to organise, prioritise and meet demanding deadlines.
