The Responsibilities
As an Consultant you will work closely with senior managers, directors and partners on a wide range of projects and a portfolio of clients. This role will include the following.
• Providing tax advice on a wide range of advisory projects, including: international tax issues, deal and finance structuring advice and due diligence reports.
• Liaising with other colleagues in tax and elsewhere to provide a complete tax service to clients
• Identification of opportunities, assistance with targeting and winning new work
• Developing strong client relationships
Who we're looking for
ACA, ACCA , ATT or CTA qualified with a proven track record in corporate tax
