The workload will be varied and is likely to include:
IT contracts (outsourcing agreements, IT procurement, managed services, software & systems development, systems integration, software licensing, distribution & agency); e-Commerce (Web hosting agreements, terms and conditions for internet businesses, privacy policies, partner and affiliate agreements);advising on the licensing and exploitation of databases;
a high degree of direct client contact on a day-to-day basis.

We are looking for a top quality Outsourcing/IT lawyer to join one of the fastest growing and most highly regarded practices in the City. The Technology Law group covers all aspects of technology law predominantly IT outsourcing and IT procurement.
