Debt Recovery Paralegal

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced debt recovery paralegal to make the move in house. This is a varied role and involves but is not limited to: assisting in the debt recovery process by preparing demand letters, drafting court writs, preparing motions and gathering evidence. you will also take a role in the management of legal agents and enforcement.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in this field. It would be ideal if you have a paralegal qualification in debt recovery (Scots Law).
