An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor within a major multi-national partnership firm based in Surrey. The firm seek to employ candidate who has a good academic background from a City or major regional practice with exposure to high quality corporate work. This is temporary to permanent opportunity, offering highly competitive salary for the right candidate. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from diverse industries over the entire spectrum of corporate and commercial transactions, with the support of a team that has been acknowledged in Legal 500 and Chambers and has attracted Partners and assistants from other major City corporate practices.

You must have previous Corporate experience having been involved in advising clients on start ups, acquisitions and disposals as well as joint ventures, with a real interest in marketing and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. We envisage very high interest in this position, therefore if you have the required skills and experience, apply quickly to avoid disappointment.
