Our client is looking for an experienced employee engagement consulting professional to join the business and take responsibility for this service line. The company has recently completed a 12 month research project with a leading management college. They are now in possession of the intellectual property which is ready to be developed into a wider consulting proposition. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of this proposition which will be at the forefront of current thinking.
The role will include the following elements:
• Product development
• Pricing structuring
• Staff development including building a team and training
• Responsible for the sales force
Who we're looking for
You will currently be working in the Employee Engagement practice of an established consulting business and relish the idea of taking a leadership role in a truly entrepreneurial business. In addition you will possess the following characteristics:
• Delivery focussed and able to build the proposition
• Can do attitude and able to work under own steam
• Positive outlook and relish the challenge of being part of a rapidly growing business
