Direct the production / Construction team, suppliers and subcontractors to construct the works safely, efficiently, to programme and within budget.
Ensure that the works are undertaken safely and in accordance with all HS&E legislation and the site Health, Safety and Environmental Plans. Co-ordinate efforts of site production and commercial teams.
You must have previous experience within Residential Construction our client would consider a Construction Manager / Production Manager within New Build Residential background.
