Leading Investment Bank is looking for a qualified funds lawyer to join their London based legal department on a contractual basis, likely to be for an initial 6 months.
The successful candidate is likely to be involved in a variety of work funds work ranging from new fund development, restructuring and closing with an Eastern European and emerging markets focus.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a UK qualified lawyer with excellent funds experience from a top tier private practice firm or leading in-house institution.
Candidates who have qualified in a different jurisdiction will also be considered but must have had extensive UK experience.
