This is a brand new position created for an experienced Leadership & Management Consultant to join a largeNot for Profit organisation, to work as part of the Human Resources team. You will support a large number of Managers on varying grades and will be responsible for a number of initiatives including Management Development tools and activities. You will have personal involvement in a range of activities including Management Development Programmes, succession planning, talent management and ILM. The role is based in Birmingham 5 days a week.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidates will be a fully CIPD qualified L&D Specialist with extensive experience inLeadership & Management. you will ideally have experience working in largeHuman Resources teams. An understanding of not for profit and other public sector bodies is advantageous.
