Our client our looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their Enfield office. The chosen candidate will beexpectedto perform the following duties;
• Preparation and production of measured quotation works.
• Ascertain costs for clientele using a selection of schedules of rates when requested.
• Preparation of applications and invoicing using a variety of schedules of rates / priced specifications.
• Monitor and control the performance of sub-contractors and suppliers in relation to the delivery of contracts.
• Preparation of Contract Cost Value Reconciliations
• Attend and represent the Company at client meetings
• Respond expediently to client enquires relating to the contract.
Who we're looking for
The right candidate willbe able to effectively plan, programme and prioritise their workload,hold good communication skills, has previously dealt with schedule of rates,has a flexible approach to work and has the ability to work on their own when needed, an excellent team player who has an eye for detail.
