As the Store Manager you will be accountable for:
• People Management ; Training & Development, Motivation, Team Building, Performance Management.
• Profit and Loss Accounts; achieving/exceeding targets
• Food service health and safety; due diligence, ensuring legal compliance
• Local marketing; up selling and revenue generation, Relationship building.
• Retail management within the food service sector.
Who we're looking for
Knowledgeable store managers who have had accountability for profit and loss, managing people in a fast paced environment and who are looking to develop themselves and their business.
About our client
Our client was recently the subject of a management buyout. The business sells directly and supplies a local product throughout sites across the UK. There are currently plans (with financial backing), to expand the business to double its current size over the next few years; and they need a fantastic team to support this vision.
