Fund Administration Manager

As a Fund Administration Manager, you will be responsible for the management and organisation of an accounting and valuations operational team to ensure the production of valuations and reporting of prices to the Shareholder Services section and Client groups in accordance with the established procedures and deadlines. The role holder will be responsible for the review of regular accounting information for an extensive range of fund vehicles investing in a variety of mainly alternative investment instruments on a global basis. The role holder will also have the management and career development responsibility for their operational team.

The Fund Administration Manager will be the primary client relationship contact for a number of large alternative fund clients and will work with those clients to continually improve and enhance the client relationship and service delivery. The role holder will work closely with other teams within the business to provide a joined up service delivery.

The Fund Administration Manager will work with the local management team to continually identify, recommend and implement process improvements and initiatives in line with our local and global business strategy of continuous improvement of products and processes.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years experience in fund accounting. They will have highly developed team building and people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff and achieve objectives. They must be a strategic and forward thinking individual with strong organisational and planning skills, excellent analytical and change management skills. As part of our dynamic management team, this individual must be an enthusiastic, motivated, team player with a drive to continuously improve and develop both the processes and the staff they are responsibly for, in order to deliver the highest quality service to their clients.
