Based at our award winning, world-class manufacturing unit, in Hull, the Area Team Leader will have total responsibility for productivity, quality and safety on highly automated pharmaceutical production area.
The position will manage approximately 20 highly qualified manufacturing associates developing their autonomy, knowledge and performance.
Additional primary focus will be to drive an improvement & culture change as well as ensuring their area consistently delivers against factory KPIs with targets relating to quality, cost and service.

Who we're looking for
Degree Qualified, you will have a proven track record of effective people management and continuous improvement activity within a modern FMCG environment, ideally Pharmaceutical, Food or Drink. Previous Job titles could include Production Manager, Operations Manager or Manufacturing Manager or similar position incorporating significant management activity.
In line with Reckitt Benckiser's core values, you will be achievement focussed and able to work in a direct and often pressurised environment. Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment .
