The role as E- Learning & Development Consultant will be to manage and support assigned business functions, you will have to have input into overall L&D strategy and develop and then maintain learning plans. You will also have responsibility for leading, designing and project managing high quality learning solutions. This role will be based in Chelmsford.
Who we're looking for
You will have a a track record in learning and development, e-training will be beneficial, alongside this it is important that you can implement competency models, design specific training and the deliver and evaluate training. A background in the Insurance industry is not required.
