We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team, to help drive our ambitious plans for the future
of our brands. In this exciting and challenging role, you'll take responsibility for:
• Developing marketing strategies and initiatives for Nutricia's supplement and paediatric products to grow market share.
• Performing a range of activities to effectively market assigned products/services, such as conducting market research; overseeing product development and design; setting prices; launching new products; overseeing advertising campaigns; and monitoring sales performance.
• Monitoring, analysing, and evaluating domestic market trends, customer and consumer behaviour, as well as competitor activity.
• Monitoring, analysing, and evaluating product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identifying product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs
• Preparing sales forecasts and budgets; monitoring sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts; and adapting plans to improve sales performance
• Campaign development - liaising with advertising and promotions specialists, design sales campaigns and sales collateral appropriate for target audience
This role is based in Nutricia's Head Office in Wiltshire, near the beautiful city of Bath.
Who we're looking for
You'll have a proven track record in NPD or product marketing, ideally gained in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector
- a knowledge of the NHS or working with health professionals would be an advantage. Most importantly, you'll have great
communications skills, strong analytical capabilities,attention to detail and a real drive for results.
