The position is based in Manchester working for one of the largest builders of private retirement homes in the North West.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes :
• Professionally Qualified (RIBA)
• Ability to get Involved in design, planning, and all aspects of the department.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD.
About our client
The client is nationally based and has won awards including winner and runner up for "Britain's Best Builder" in the Daily Express National House builder awards for the last 5 years.
What's on offer
The salary will be around £40'000 plus 23 days holiday rising to 28 plus private medical, life assurance, company car and a bonus scheme.
