As a leading property finance team in the UK our client requires an experienced Senior Property Relationship Manager to be based out of their Manchester office to pursue new business in line with current growth plans.
• You will be expected to contribute as a senior member of the team and generate business growth in line with our clients ambitions for 2008 and onwards.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a top tier individual to join their property team based in Manchester.
• You will have a proven record as an RM in the property field with a strong contact base in the North West of England.
• You will have strong credit skills
• Strong academics and excellent communication skills are essential requirements for this position, although a first degree is not essential.
