Lean Sigma Operations Strategy Consultant

This role involves leading multi-sector projects in process and continuous improvement across a range of divisions. Working with senior management downwards at clients premises creating strategy based operations to drive through process change at all levels.
Successful applicants will work in teams at client sites across the UK and abroad to achieve specific deliverables for each project using Lean and Six Sigma theories.
This role involves both the design, implementation and consulting change initiatives as well as the education and supervision of both senior executives and shop floor workers to create a broader initiative.

Who we're looking for
Candidates will be Six Sigma Master Black Belts (MBB), with a proven ability to lead multi-functional teams across a variety of projects in a number of sectors from manufacturing processes to transactional processes.
Preferred candidates should have a good first degree (1st or 2.1) from a leading university in a scientific, engineering or business related discipline. Candidates who posses postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA are at a particular advantage.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate proven and measurable success in previous Six Sigma deployment in both financial terms and in terms of training/mentoring levels.
Must be highly competent at managerial level of commercial, financial and operational aspects of business practices is a pre-requisite for this role.
Commitment to travel is a must for this role, although due to the nature of the clients, successful applicants can be based from home.
