London based Big 4 client seeks Consultants with Retail Banking and Change experience to deliver operational excellence to their clients.
The projects you'll work on will be complex and challenging, focussing on designing banking functional operating models, process reengineering, operations improvement, M&A support and broader revenue enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.

Who we're looking for
Senior Manager:
• Bank wide or function specific business strategy definition and operating model design.
• General process performance (efficiency, error / waste elimination, re-engineering etc.)
• Technology transformation support - business process and organisation re-design around a large systems migration.
• Understanding and anticipating client needs based on a strong understanding of retail financial services and their associated processes.
• Guiding teams in selecting and applying the most appropriate tools, techniques and approaches to deliver client work.
• Playing an active role in identifying and pursuing sales and business development opportunities.

Manager
• Knowledge of retail banking operations and related functional areas (risk, finance etc.) and key operational products (cards, loans etc.).
• Knowledge of key operations processes such as payments, general processing etc.
• Good familiarity with related core operations IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Degree qualified
• Full travel mobility.
• The right to live and work in the UK.
