This is a Global Rewards and Benefits Manager working for one of the worlds leading telecommunication companies.
Reporting directly to the Director of Global Incentives, this role will be centred around strategy and global incentives.
Travel: 3-4 times a month to Finland
Key responsibilities:
•Global incentive policy, programs, process, tools and communication
•Demonstrated strategic thinking and broad perspective view.
•R&D incentive Automation project including relevant strategy, target setting, planning, metrics, policy and processes, tools, systems and automation.
•Primary R&D incentive contact and consultant for Devices business
•Future Services and Software project innovation
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate would have extensive direct broad HR and compensation experience in a multinational organisation including R&D support or incentive design and development, consulting, project analysis and management
ConfidentR&D job incentive experience related to strategy, target setting, planning, metrics, policy and processes, tools, systems and automation.
Outstanding project management skills to identify BU opportunity, project definition and approach management, controls, schedule and budgeting
