We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner to join the Medical Division of the Rotherham Foundation Trust. Based in Rotherham General Hospital, you will provide full generalist support to the division working alongside the Medical Director, wider HR team and business line managers. The role is a Business Partner role in every sense of the word and your input will help shape the direction of the division and ensure the HR community is providing a first class, commercially focussed service to the Trust. The main responsibilities of the role are;

• Compensation and Benefits
• Recruitment and retention
• HR policy and procedure
This role will report to the Medical Director and have dotted line responsibility into the HR Director. It is based in Rotherham.

It is likely that you will have extensive private sector experience which will allow us to add a new perspective to the team. Above all we are looking to hire an individual with a results focussed approach to the role and someone who will actively drive the RFT's agenda and link this back into the people requirements of the organisation.

Rotherham General Hospital is a modern, progressive hospital, situated two miles south of Rotherham town centre. The hospital has been on site since 1978 and it employs c. 3500 people across its Medical, Surgical, Paediatric and Obstetric & Gynaecological departments. The hospital serves around 250 000 people in South Yorkshire and has 700 inpatient beds. The hospital has received a 3 star rating for the fourth consecutive year.
