As planner, you will be reporting to the on site project manager. You will be responsible for-
• the production of competitive and realistic tender plans.
• have a thorough understanding of project, scope of works and restrictions imposed by contractual requirements and site conditions.
• assisting site teams with programmes, schedules and reporting
• the production of tender plans and method statements
Who we're looking for
The ideal planner will have a knowledge of the mechanics of major mixed use projects, valued in excess of 20m, excellent communication and leadershipskills, and be fully up to date with new developments in the construction industry and IT
